The project was developed through a joint venture between E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences Partners (Marc Roberts, Dennis DeGori, Michael Simkins) and national real estate developer PMG (Property Markets Group). Architectural design was led by Sieger Suarez Architects, with interior design by world-renowned firm AvroKO. Hospitality operations are managed by Highgate, led by General Manager Xavier Moulin.
